Keen Eye Home Inspections is a veteran owner company out of Azle TX. Darren spent 5 years serving in the United States Marine Corps as a military police officer. Since 2022, Darren has been performing Quality Assurance inspections for dozens of builders all over the DFW; inspecting new construction residential homes from the pre-pour before the foundation is poured, to the frame/pre-drywall phase, all the way to the final quality assurance inspection before the home closes. Since December of 2024 Darren has been performing real estate inspections on a vast variety of homes from the early 1900’s to present day new construction builds. Keen Eye Home Inspections services the entire DFW area including all rural smaller towns outside of the metroplex.
